These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between q876 and every registered player. By creating a q876 account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

q876 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. q876 reserves the right to impose limits or initiate a responsible gaming review on any account showing patterns of problematic play.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between q876 (hereinafter "q876", "the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any natural person (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the q876 online gaming platform available at q876.bet and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.

Access to and use of the q876 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you hold a q876 account:
Age Verification: q876 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point during the account lifecycle. Withdrawal processing will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. q876 may, at its sole discretion, request video verification or additional supporting documents where standard documentation is insufficient.
q876 takes underage gambling prevention seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed without notice. Deposited funds will be returned to the originating JazzCash number, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account after identity confirmation, minus any amounts already wagered in breach of these Terms.
Each eligible player is permitted to hold one (1) active q876 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. q876 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, q876 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonus or promotional balances attached to those accounts. Real-money deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned to the verified originating payment method after investigation is concluded.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, your current residential address, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, withdrawal holds, and permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q876 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. q876 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:
q876 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
q876 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. Standard KYC documentation requested may include: a copy of your valid CNIC or passport, proof of current residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank statement).
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. q876 targets completion of standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of submission of complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items.
q876 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, Raast instant payment system, 1LINK interbank transfer, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and other scheduled bank IBFT transfers, and select cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and cryptocurrency may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction on the q876 deposit page. q876 does not charge a platform fee on standard JazzCash or EasyPaisa deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges independent of q876.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your q876 PKR wallet in real time or within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Raast and IBFT transfers are subject to standard interbank processing times, typically within two to four hours on business days. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the respective network.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. q876 reserves the right to hold funds and request additional documentation where a third-party deposit is suspected.
Currency Note: All q876 account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed deposit. q876 does not guarantee a specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and blockchain confirmation.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Players who have an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must complete those requirements before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposited funds that have not been used to claim a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Where the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal (for example, certain cryptocurrency networks), q876 will contact the player to arrange an alternative verified method. q876 targets processing of approved JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 24 hours of verification completion. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period as displayed in the q876 account dashboard at the time of request. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional verification steps including source of funds documentation, consistent with q876's AML obligations under its international gaming licence.
Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a positive balance may be classified as dormant. q876 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered account holder via the email address and mobile number on file before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormancy administration fees, where applicable, will be disclosed to the player prior to deduction.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by q876 are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These offer-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the individual offer terms before a withdrawal may be requested. Where a player holds both real-money and bonus balances simultaneously, real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in the offer terms. q876 reserves the right to adjust wagering requirements for specific game categories; slot games, live casino, sports betting, and Andar Bahar may carry different contribution percentages toward wagering completion.
q876 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward — along with any associated winnings — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting or low-risk bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any form of coordinated bonus exploitation.
One Welcome Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to new q876 players only, one per player, one per household, and one per verified payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account will be treated as evidence of duplicate account operation under Section 3.1.
Bonus funds that are not claimed within the offer validity period, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated uncleared winnings. q876 does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its absolute discretion.
q876 offers a range of gaming products including sports betting, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slots, Andar Bahar, and Bingo Adventure. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective game or betting interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for matters directly relating to the game outcome; these Terms shall prevail for all matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with q876's Sports Betting Rules, available in the sportsbook section of the platform. q876 reserves the right to void bets where a market has been offered in error, where the event result is subject to official review, or where q876 has reasonable grounds to suspect bet manipulation. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
Live casino games at q876 are operated by certified third-party live dealer studio providers. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are captured on live video feed. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, bets already placed and confirmed before the disconnection will be settled according to the game result; q876 accepts no liability for bets not placed due to a connection issue on the player's side.
All slot and random number generator (RNG) games available on q876 use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are available within the game information panel of each title. q876 does not manipulate RNG outcomes and has no ability to do so — outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG of the respective game provider.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q876 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude may do so immediately via the account dashboard or by contacting q876 support. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to six months and cannot be reversed mid-period. Permanent self-exclusion results in immediate account closure with remaining PKR balance returned to the verified payment method on file.
q876 reserves the right to initiate a responsible gaming review and impose account restrictions — including deposit limits, bet limits, or temporary suspension — on any account where q876 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such intervention.
All content available on the q876 platform — including but not limited to the q876 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of q876 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q876 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any q876 content; reverse-engineer any q876 software or platform component; or use any q876 branding, trademarks, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from q876.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q876 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the q876 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
q876's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their q876 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
q876 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that all games will be free from technical errors, or that the platform will be compatible with all devices and network configurations. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever reasonably practicable.
Force Majeure: q876 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond q876's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications infrastructure failures, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party payment processing outages.
You may close your q876 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by submitting a written request to the support email address. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
q876 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where q876 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has been conducted through the account; the account poses a risk to q876, other players, or third parties; or the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
Where an account is closed by q876 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and winnings from bets placed in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the originating payment method after investigation is concluded.
q876 operates a formal complaint resolution process. If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your q876 account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other platform matter, you should follow this process:
During any pending dispute, q876 reserves the right to place a hold on the relevant account funds pending resolution. q876 will not close a verified player account solely on the basis of a pending dispute.
q876 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, q876 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter player rights, or formatting changes — may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the q876 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above. The version number and effective date at the top of this document reflect the currently applicable version of the Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q876 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through q876's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under q876's applicable gaming licence.
To the extent that the laws of Pakistan apply to any aspect of the relationship between q876 and a Pakistani resident player, the parties agree to comply with applicable Pakistani consumer protection obligations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that you may have under mandatory applicable local consumer protection laws.
